Delta Brand Experience
I helped shape how the Delta brand came to life across the traveler journey — from inflight connectivity and entertainment to onboard storytelling, airport environments, digital experiences and integrated customer touchpoints.
My responsibilities included creative strategy, campaign narratives, messaging platforms and creative systems, video treatments and scripts, plus scalable guidelines designed to create consistency across channels.
DELTA SYNC
We brought Delta Sync’s emotional story to life, building affinity among growth audiences.
The campaign generated 400M+ impressions and 80M+ video views while driving meaningful lifts in brand love, brand trust and perceptions that Delta is continually improving the customer experience.

JETWAYS
Installed across all 475+ Delta-owned jetways in 2024, we extended storytelling into the airport environment. These installations are expected to remain in place for three years.
ONBOARD WELCOME
We extended the Kaleidoscope brand campaign with an onboard welcome video featuring an original script and treatment. It played on seatback screens fleetwide during pushback.
FREE WI-FI
I helped evolve the messaging for Delta's Fast, Free Wi-Fi launch, centered on bringing the familiarity and connection of life on the ground into the inflight experience.
The campaign launched in early 2023 and ran across airport environments, digital channels, executive communications, industry events and onboard the aircraft. The core idea continues to show up across Delta’s onboard messaging.
LIFECYCLE
We extended the Delta Sync experience beyond the flight, creating a post-travel email that connected customers with Delta Sync partner benefits after landing.
Sent to more than 3.3 million travelers over six months, the program exceeded benchmark performance across every KPI measured, including opens, click-through rate, unsubscribe rate and customer feedback scores.
